“Our core purpose of positively impacting lives has inspired innovation within Medix to allow us to be the best partners possible to our clients and talent,” said Andrew Limouris, President & CEO of Medix. “Over the past couple years since the initial release of Aha!, we have listened to feedback, and recreated Aha! to align with their goals: to help employers be great managers, and job seekers to more easily navigate the search for the right opportunity.”

Within Aha!, employers can access their data (e.g., spend, talent hours, etc.), input job orders, view Medix’s progress in the candidate search, review candidates’ hard skills, soft skills and cultural fit, take the MyPrint® soft skills assessment and directly message talent through email or SMS.

“The initial launch of Aha! marked Medix’s commitment to innovate within and digitize the staffing industry,” said Medix Director of Digital Strategy Matt Martino. “With the upgraded version, we are excited to offer our talent and clients a simpler, more organized and powerful way to work with Medix digitally.”
