Avionté Recognized for Outstanding Social Responsibility in US Staffing and Recruiting Industry

Avionté Hope Foundation again receives ASA Care Award

Avionté, a leader in enterprise staffing and recruiting software, was honored with a 2021 American Staffing Association Care Award. This national awards program recognizes outstanding social responsibility initiatives—business processes that produce an overall positive effect on society—among ASA member staffing agencies and associate member industry suppliers.

“Avionté’s active commitment to the community is a foundational value of our organization. Helping neighbors where we live and work brings a tremendous sense of satisfaction, and we are incredibly proud to be recognized for these efforts by ASA”

Avionté was honored for its corporate and employee outreach through the Avionté Hope Foundation, which was established in 2012 by the firm’s founding partners. Its purpose is to positively impact the lives of individuals in the local community and give Avionté employees a conduit to volunteer and make a difference. Avionté was previously the recipient of an ASA Care Award in 2019.

Every Avionté employee is granted three “Hope Days” annually, enabling 24 hours of paid volunteer time. In 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, Avionté employees contributed 200 hours of volunteer time, supporting more than 15 distinct projects, primarily in the Twin Cities area. Their efforts made a positive impact on multiple public health, social justice, and quality-of-life initiatives. Activities included the creation of face masks; toy and craft kits for local hospitals; donations of food, clothes, and school supplies; and on-site clean-up after the Minneapolis protests. Overall, the Avionté Hope Foundation supported more than 10 organizations and donated more than $25,000.

“Avionté’s active commitment to the community is a foundational value of our organization. Helping neighbors where we live and work brings a tremendous sense of satisfaction, and we are incredibly proud to be recognized for these efforts by ASA,” said Avionté VP of Human Resources Matt Movern. “Through the Avionté Hope Foundation, our employees continue to uphold a tradition of strong community outreach, with a generosity of spirit that is truly inspiring. To magnify these efforts and to commemorate our recent placement on the Inc. 5000 for the 10th consecutive year, Avionté donated $5,000 to Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG). With a corporate mission to empower employment, we are proud to partner with ASA and JAG to help prepare at-risk youth for their future roles in the workforce.”
