UKG Appoints Jay Dettling as Inaugural Chief Partner Officer

  • Introduction of Chief Partner Officer leadership role emphasizes UKG’s continued focus on driving customer success by working with many of the world’s most significant services and software firms

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, today announced that Jay Dettling has joined the company as inaugural Chief Partner Officer, reporting to UKG President, Go to Market (GTM) Rachel Barger, effective immediately. Dettling, a seasoned executive leader and advisor with over three decades of experience accelerating growth and profitability, will be responsible for the UKG global partner ecosystem.

Prior to UKG, Dettling held leadership roles at Accenture, where he served as managing director of the North American commerce practice, leading client engagement teams to drive digital transformation services, and at Adobe, where he was vice president of worldwide partnerships and alliances, leading global partner and channel teams. A veteran executive of public, private, and PE-backed product and services firms, Dettling’s career also includes president of Acquity Group, president and CEO of Ansira, and most recently, CEO of Hero Digital.
