Coats Receives the Great Place to Work Certification in Colombia

Coats, a world leader in industrial yarns, has just obtained the Great Place to Work certificate in Colombia . In July, 464 employees were invited to participate in the certification process, which had 91% enrollment. The certificate recognizes the efforts of leaders and employees in the construction of a pleasant work environment, favoring the construction of committed teams in a more harmonious and productive place.

In the area of ​​actions focused on the well-being of employees, assistance programs focused on mental health were implemented, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The certification also took into account the Coats Solidária Program, which promotes volunteer actions for the community around the factory, as well as actions to promote education and the development of new skills.

“This certification is the result of a collective effort, spearheaded by our leaders, for all employees to recognize Coats as the best place to work,” reinforces Ialis.

As part of the GPTW process, Coats will also compete to become one of the 20 best companies to work for in Colombia .
