“We are incredibly proud to be recognized by Comparably as a best-in-class company across a range of categories,” said Paddy Spence, Zevia CEO. “Zevia is passionate about our mission to improve the health of our communities through zero calorie, naturally sweetened beverages. We are equally passionate about creating career opportunities for all Zevia team members and creating a culture of inclusion, especially for historically underrepresented communities.”

Spence began as the CEO of Zevia in 2010 with a goal to create a healthier, happier world by reducing sugar consumption through offering delicious beverage alternatives. Over the past decade, Zevia has grown from four to more than 90 employees who are fiercely passionate, talented and determined to change the beverage game. Zevia began by disrupting the Soda category, with a line of 14 flavors, and in recent years has continued to innovate in response to consumer needs, adding Energy, Organic Teas, Mixers, and most recently Zevia Kidz beverages.

Being a leader who creates an innovative and inclusive work setting that makes employees happy to come to work is one of Spence’s proudest achievements. “The Best Leadership Teams is a list of companies that have the most effective combination of executives and senior managers in business, as voted on by employees,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “These leaders collectively inspire their teams to do their best work, while creating a positive environment that delivers results.”

Zevia is currently hiring for a range of full-time positions. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating healthier communities are encouraged to check out career opportunities at Zevia.com/careers.
