As of January 12th, Lorna Hagen has joined The Suite as an Executive Advisor. In this new role, she will play a key role in shaping the organization’s future growth and working alongside The Suite’s CEO & Cofounder George Mazzella as the organization scales.

Lorna is a Human Resources executive with experience in delivering innovative employee experiences and people solutions to drive business strategy and shareholder value, with the goal of building profitable companies. A demonstrated HR business partner with a proven track record of leading and driving change to transform business culture and financial results. Experience in high-growth, SaaS, financial services, e-commerce, publishing, media, retail, and hospitality industries.

Most recently, Lorna was Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at iHeartMedia, the countries #1 audio company. Lorna was responsible for all areas of Human Resources including compensation, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, recruitment, and employee experience. Prior to iHeart she was CPO of Namely, an all-in-one HR technology solution, and she was part of the executive team that led OnDeck Capital through its IPO. She’s held leadership roles at Ann Taylor LOFT, Dow Jones, and HarperCollins.

Lorna is a founding board member of Key Collegiate Charter School in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, and is currently a Raisedby.us board member. RBU is a nonprofit workplace social good program for high growth and next-generation employers. Lorna holds a Bachelors in Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management and is an alumnus of Cornell’s Modern CHRO program.
