Rapid Acceleration of Virtual Customer Education Helps Company Fuel Record Customer, Revenue, & Team Growth
Skilljar, the world’s leading Customer Education Platform, announced that its second quarter, which ended July 31st, 2020, was the largest quarter in company history with a year over year increase of 229% in new bookings and a 290% increase in total training hours delivered on the platform. The company also reported delivering over 10 million hours of instruction and 100 million lessons via on-demand and virtual live training programs hosted on the Skilljar platform.

DataRobot, Sumo Logic, and Guru were among the companies that launched Customer Education programs built on the Skilljar platform in Q2. The company also signed notable new customers including Microchip, Klaviyo, OpenDataSoft, and ChurnZero in the same time period.
In addition to this record growth, the company also expanded its senior management team during the quarter with the appointment of Sara Robba to Vice President of Customer Success. Robba joined Skilljar in 2016 and most recently served as Director, Customer Success. She oversees Skilljar’s core Customer Success functions, including Customer Success Management, Account Management, Implementation, and Product Support.
