Roth Staffing Companies Wins ClearlyRated’s 2021 Best of Staffing Awards
Roth Staffing Companies has been awarded both the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Talent Award by ClearlyRated for an eleventh consecutive year. ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates. Roth Staffing’s specialized business lines, Ultimate Staffing, Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Adams & Martin Group and Ledgent Technology each individually won Best of Staffing – Client and Best of Staffing – Talent Awards this year for providing superior service to their business clients and candidates.

In addition, Roth Staffing Companies was awarded Best in Staffing for Employee Satisfaction. This is the first year that ClearlyRated invited organizations to survey their own employees to weigh their employee satisfaction levels against the rest of the industry.
ClearlyRated’s award is one of the most prestigious in the staffing industry as a result of the largest global satisfaction survey. On average, clients of winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
