Questionmark, the online assessment provider, has boosted its offer in Australia and New Zealand to help employers better understand what skills their people have, and how they can be improved. With this information, employers can make more informed people decisions and so deliver stronger business performance.

To strengthen its international presence, Questionmark has appointed Oliver Scott to build firm’s offer with both existing and new customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Studies from accountancy firm Deloitte show that Australian workers often lack at least two critical skills requested in job adverts.1 Further research from professional services firm PwC shows that 75% of Australian CEOs are concerned about the lack of vital skills.2
But many employers do not have a clear picture of their people’s skills and what they can do. As a result, they risk falling behind competitors. Questionmark is calling on employers to address these concerns now as they plan for 2021 and look to bounce back from Covid-19 disruption.
