“Our Fall 2019 product release is a landmark for what Lever can do as an integrated, best-of-breed talent acquisition platform,” said Laura Marino, SVP of Product at Lever. “We’re dedicated to helping our customers achieve a seamless, data-driven hiring process, and this release will give them immediate value toward that end.”
Zoom Integration
Lever’s new Zoom integration is the first of its kind in the talent recruiting space. With the new integration, customers will be able to effortlessly incorporate Zoom into their interview scheduling workflow.
Scheduling video interviews has traditionally been an entirely manual process, wasting valuable time and risking a poor candidate experience. The new integration will provide recruiters with unprecedented efficiency and save significant time that would have been spent on scheduling and rescheduling video interviews.

Expanded HRIS integrations
In addition to the new Zoom integration, Lever has also expanded its existing integrations with two leading HRIS systems: Namely and BambooHR. The integrations are now bi-directional, and they include the ability to create custom fields and mappings. The number of possible data fields that can be synced has also vastly increased. As a result, customers of Lever and Namely or BambooHR will enjoy significantly streamlined workflows and a dramatic reduction in manual data entry.
Lever Talent Intelligence Enhancement
Lever’s advanced analytics offering — Lever Talent Intelligence (or LTI) — has received a major enhancement in the Fall 2019 release in the form of new default dashboards, improved customizations, and additional professional services.
Talent leaders at enterprise-level companies need detailed reports that are extremely time-consuming and difficult to build. The latest enhancement to LTI adds pre-built dashboards that cover many of the most common metrics that those talent leaders require. In all other instances, Lever’s talent analytics team will now provide in-depth consultations to help build custom reports and tailored analytics, giving customers quicker insights and eliminating the manual work of building those reports in-house.
Inactivity Alerts
Lever’s new Inactivity Alerts feature identifies candidates who might be at risk of falling through the cracks. Customers can set time limits for how long a candidate can go without an interaction. If a candidate exceeds the time limit, it triggers an Inactivity Alert. This will minimize the potential for a poor candidate experience and will hold recruiters accountable to company SLAs.
