With a simple click, customers can easily push new hire data into UltiPro, permitting companies to maintain one, unified candidate profile that encompasses all data collected from first contact through post-hire, on-boarding and on-the-job performance. Linking this data allows companies to better understand and shape their hiring strategies, and make smarter, data-driven business decisions.
