“I don’t think there’s any question that JDXpert has always been a workhorse,” says Phil Mosely, Chief Technology Officer at JDXpert, “From the moment I was first introduced to the product, I was highly impressed with the functionality and flexibility the tool allowed. It was apparent that customers loved the functionality of the tool but that the look and feel could be improved. I’m happy to say that because of this project, and the team who worked so hard to conserve the integrity of the system while enhancing its visual appeal, we now have a product I know customer will be thrilled to use.”

JDXpert did not solely focus on improving the design aspects of the tool, but also identified areas within the system where processes could be improved. These include the implementation of an all-new dashboard and help center, improved filtering and search capabilities, an express master template builder, a streamlined workflow and approval process, and a dynamic content library.
