“As a company, we focus on helping business leaders respond to the fast-changing needs of their organizations, whether that’s bringing in new interim or direct hire talent, helping them through organization design challenges with the new way people work, or building a human capital strategy to drive growth,” said Brown.

Brown’s prior experience as an HR leader at LinkedIn, where she built leadership development and employee engagement programs, and her experience advising high growth companies on people strategy, allow her to guide hrQ clients on human capital initiatives that drive bottom-line results.

Brown and Rancatore will work together to support the California market and expand on the company’s history of success in that market.

“As we enter this new era and address the continued importance of human capital strategy, it’s critical that HR and business leaders understand how to implement change throughout their organizations that reflects the needs of all employees,” said Rancatore.

In addition to the company’s nationally known Search and Interim services, Brown and Rancatore will familiarize clients with the consulting practice, which is poised to help them adapt quickly to the changing business landscape by assisting with organizational design, talent management and strategy, workforce planning and analytics, and HR & business transformation projects.

“As a native Californian, I have a keen understanding of the nuances and challenges of the California market, where top talent is scarce and in high demand,” Rancatore added. “I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and supporting leaders throughout the lifetime of their career.”
