G&A Partners announced that it has acquired Pay Pros, a Nevada-based professional employer organization (PEO) with six offices in the western United States.
Pay Pros is the sixth acquisition G&A Partners has completed in the past two years, following those of Ascend HR Solutions in November 2017, Employer Essentials in December 2017, Platinum Colorado in June 2018, Zogg Benefits in August 2018, and Focus Management Group in January 2019.

With the addition of the Pay Pros accounts, G&A Partners now serves 2,000 clients with nearly 54,000 worksite employees across the US and Latin America, further establishing G&A Partners as one of the largest privately held PEOs in the nation. In addition to providing the opportunity for G&A Partners to expand into Idaho and Nevada, this acquisition will also allow the firm to develop an even stronger presence in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
“Adding Pay Pros to our growing list of successful acquisitions represents an exciting opportunity for us,” said John W. Allen, G&A Partners’ president and COO. “Beyond the expanded geographic reach it will provide for our brand, we’re also adding a lot of great talent and experience to our team.”
As part of the acquisition, Pay Pros’ co-founders, Terry Lyman and Clay Bloxham, as well as the managing principals of its Arizona and Colorado offices (Travis Beardall, Arizona; Jess Lyman and Jerry Graves, Colorado) will join the G&A team in leadership roles. G&A Partners is also retaining all of Pay Pros’ client-facing employees to minimize change and continue providing the personal attention and quality service its collective clients have come to expect.

“Over the past 21 years since we established our first office in Las Vegas, we’ve grown to six offices in five states,” said Terry Lyman. “In that time, there have been several businesses interested in purchasing our company, but G&A Partners was the only one we’ve ever even considered.”
“This acquisition will allow us to leverage G&A’s technology platform and purchasing power to further enhance our customers’ experience,” said Clay Bloxham. “With a matching commitment to our clients and a resounding dedication to our staff, we are very proud to be joining G&A Partners.”
