The annual Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List recognizes the 100 most influential women in the Americas and 50 additional women internationally. Susan E. Ball, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, and Pamela K. Jung, President, Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group, were both featured on the 2021 list.

Susan E. Ball
Susan is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. She serves as the legal advisor to Cross Country Healthcare’s CEO and board of directors, overseeing corporate governance, securities matters, risk management, workers’ compensation, insurance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions and facilitating strategic corporate initiatives. Prior to practicing law, she was a registered nurse, giving her unique insight into the legal matters facing the company. Susan has extensive experience with public company issues, serving as a valuable strategic partner to Cross Country Healthcare’s leadership team. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Susan held positions at Gunster, a Florida-based law firm, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and served as a director of Jamestown Indemnity. Susan is a member of the Florida bar and the New York bar and received her B.S. from Ohio State University, cum laude, J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, magna cum laude.

Pamela Jung
Pamela Jung is President of Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in management, sales, operations and marketing for Fortune 1000 companies. She founded HealthCare Talent and its parent company, Workforce Solutions Group, which were acquired by Cross Country Healthcare in 2021. Before starting her own company, she was a senior territory leader for a national staffing and outsourcing firm, where she was responsible for the development and launch of all product offerings. Pamela worked in the news and entertainment industries and held executive management positions for major corporations like Spherion and GE in her earlier career. Her expertise lies in start-up ventures, turnarounds and workforce re-engineering. Pamela holds a B.A. from California State University. She is a board member for the Southern California Council on Aging.
