BTI360 Opens New Herndon Office

Company Joins Growing Herndon-Reston Tech Scene

BTI360 announced the opening of its new office in Herndon, Virginia. The 30,000 square foot office encompasses an entire floor of the Monument III building, overlooking the Dulles Toll Road.

“At a time when many companies are giving up leases and closing offices, we felt that it was as important as ever to create a dynamic space for our teams to grow together”

The office is built to reflect and enhance the values that have made BTI360 a ten-time winner of WBJ’s Best Places to Work award. “At a time when many companies are giving up leases and closing offices, we felt that it was as important as ever to create a dynamic space for our teams to grow together,” said CEO MJ Wivell. “We have a highly relational culture. Even as we’ve embraced the flexibility of the COVID era, we still place a premium on in-person interaction.”

The office is designed to benefit the entire BTI360 team, whether individuals work in person on a daily basis or not. It provides a venue for the Technical Leadership Academy and a host of other internal classes, hackathons, technical meetups, and team-building events.

The move from Loudoun to Herndon strengthens the company’s connection to the Dulles Tech Corridor, putting BTI360 close to key industry partners and customers. In addition to workspace for the BTI360 team and subcontractors, the office also includes some unique features: a zen room to nap, meditate, or just space out and a sound-insulated kids room with adjacent hot desks so parents can work in sight of their children.

The office was designed by Fox Architects and built by Bognet Construction. Peter Magellan was the construction project manager, and Casey Veatch was the commercial realtor for the project.

The move to the Dulles Tech Corridor coincides with the company’s rebrand effort. In August, BTI360 rolled out an updated logo to reflect the company’s ongoing evolution. Together, the new brand visuals and office space mark the beginning of an exciting chapter for BTI360.
