AllyO Wins Gold in 2018 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Advance in Emerging Talent Acquisition Technology

AllyO, the end to end AI recruiter, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the Best Advance in Emerging Talent Acquisition Technology category. This is AllyO’s fourth major recognition year-to-date: In 2018, the company won Human Resource Executive Magazine’s Top HR Product award, was named a Cool Vendor by Gartner and ranked No. 1 in SIA’s (Staffing Industry Analysts) “Shark Tank.”

Founded in 2016, AllyO has a straightforward mission: to make recruiting delightful and efficient for everyone involved. Recognizing continued inefficiencies in the recruiting function, AllyO addresses the root cause of these pain points by re-inventing the way applicants interact with the process. Through conversational AI and automation, AllyO optimizes the entire workflow, from the initial point of contact through onboarding to post-hire. Multilingual, AllyO is easily deployed and highly configurable, and able to integrate and scale with existing HR systems.

Bennett Sung, Head of Marketing at AllyO, commented, “Delight is a core value at AllyO, and we are thrilled to accept the Brandon Hall Group gold award for emerging talent acquisition. Leveraging a transformative, AI-first approach, AllyO accounts for every step in the process, getting smarter along the way to the benefit of our clients and their applicants. This recognition further demonstrates that AllyO is at the forefront of recruiting innovation, able to improve and enhance both the candidate experience and the recruiter experience from the first engagement.”

A panel of veteran, independent industry experts and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?

“We were blown away,” said Mike Cooke, CEO of Brandon Hall Group. “Our research was confirmed by the entrants’ responsiveness to the needs of employers who seek to align technology to the goals of their businesses. Every Technology Award entry embodied a win-win proposition for employers and employees.”
