Ad Age’s Best Places to Work ranking, in partnership with Latitude Research, looks to find the best companies in the advertising, marketing, and media industry when it comes to workplace culture, inclusion, employee engagement and more. Ad Age’s scoring system includes six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, company environment, employee perks, employee development and employee engagement.
