“Delivery of continuous training and learning is critical for agencies to achieve goals and priorities set by the U.S. Federal Government surrounding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, ECQ leadership skills, and the Federal Data Strategy, among others,” said Adelaide O’Brien, Research Director, IDC Government Digital Transformation Strategies. “With rapid digital acceleration, learning must drive agencies to become digitally resilient and enable vast modernization across the federal government landscape. Learning is an absolute imperative, not only as a matter of compliance, but also to ensure that federal employees are equipped with the strongest technical skills, resiliency, and leadership competencies to do their jobs safely, securely, and effectively.
