Onward Search, a leading staffing agency for creative, marketing and technology professionals, announced Lee Andrese has joined the company as Vice President of Learning and Development (L&D). In this role, Andrese will be at the forefront of planning, structuring and implementing a unified L&D strategy across all Onward brands.
Andrese has been a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the staffing industry and Fortune 100 / 500 companies for over 25 years. During that time, she trained over 2,000 recruiters, sales, and management personnel in areas such as reducing time-to-hire, improving gross margin, increasing retention, and advancing diversity.

Prior to joining Onward Search, Andrese was Managing Partner of akathame LLC, a boutique talent recruitment, marketing, and management firm. Previously, she spent over 20 years at Aquent where she served in a variety of executive roles within training and business lines. She is also an international presenter and trainer who has spoken at conferences and within organizations like Design in Government, AIGA, the Interagency Visual Media Group (Intelligence Agencies), Big Design in Dallas, UX Camp DC, and APMP.
