Carter, who is known for his ability to build high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver results for clients, will lead the sales and revenue operations teams at Degreed focusing on enterprise and mid-market companies.
“I’ve been a big fan of Degreed for many years because of its impressive list of enterprise clients. Having spent ten years at a leading LMS provider, I am abundantly aware of the impact a well executed learning strategy can offer a business. And more often than not, traditional LMSs are unable to deliver on the promise due to their focus on top down, mandatory training. It is only with a personalized learning experience that inspires high employee adoption and engagement that the potential of learning’s impact on a business can be realized. I believe Degreed is well positioned to deliver on this opportunity,” said Carter.
