Nolen to oversee talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion, and human resources management
Fiduciary Trust Company (“Fiduciary”), a Boston-based private wealth management firm,announced the appointment of Anne Nolen as Chief People Officer and a member of the Senior Management Committee. In this role, Nolen will oversee Fiduciary’s Human Resources Department including its talent acquisition strategy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Prior to Fiduciary, Nolen was Head of People at Next Insurance. Previously, she held the role of Director of People and Culture at AP Intego and was the Director of Human Resources at Westfield Capital Management.
Nolen is co-author of the 2007 book, Mothers Need Time-Outs, Too. She is a member of HR Business Leaders and the Society for Human Resources Management.
