Randstad Sourceright and Human Capital Institute Announce First-Ever Talent Acquisition Innovation Awards Open for Entry

2019 awards to recognize innovation and business impact of strategic talent acquisition teams

Randstad Sourceright and Human Capital Institute (HCI) announce that the first-ever Talent Acquisition Innovation (TAI) Awards are open for entry. The TAI Awards recognize the hard work, innovation, and commitment of in-house talent acquisition teams. Entries will be accepted until March 31, 2019. Winners will be announced at the 2019 Strategic Talent Acquisition Conference hosted by HCI June 10-12 in Denver, Colorado.

“We know how challenging it is to find and retain the talent that drives business initiatives forward,” says Bob Lopes, president of Randstad Sourceright in North America. “Through the TAI Awards, we will elevate outstanding work in talent acquisition, demonstrate the positive business impact talent leaders make on their organizations, and give winning teams the opportunity to give back to their communities.”

The TAI Awards will evaluate entrants in two categories: Enterprise (500+ new hires annually) and Small-Medium Business (100-499 new hires annually). One winner from each category will receive a $5,000 donation to the charity of their choice. Entrants are asked to submit a short video describing a recent talent acquisition or recruiting initiative and its business impact. Ten finalists will present their stories live in Denver and will be judged by a panel of expert HR practitioners and thought leaders.

The 2019 Talent Acquisition Innovation Awards are open to in-house recruiting or talent acquisition teams that have achieved successful resolution of a business challenge through recruiting or talent acquisition within the last two years (January 1, 2017-December 31, 2018).
