NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, announced that it has acquired Helios HR, LLC, an HR outsourcing, consulting, and recruitment services firm. The transaction closed in January of this year.

Kathy Albarado, CEO and Founder of Helios HR will work closely with Ethan Foxman, president of the Atlantic Region and join NFP as senior vice president, continuing to maintain regional relationships. Ethan Gill, the firm’s president, will also join NFP as senior vice president reporting to Ethan Foxman in an operations role. The Helios leadership team and consultants will continue to operate in their existing roles.

Acquiring Helios HR will expand NFP’s efforts to build an HR and recruiting solutions service, providing expertise in HR outsourcing, recruiting, interim HR management, and human capital consulting services to employers of all sizes and industries.
