ModivCare Appoints Grover N Wray as Chief Human Resources Officer

ModivCare Inc., a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provides a suite of integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving patient outcomes, announced the appointment of Grover N Wray as the Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

Mr. Wray brings to ModivCare more than three decades of executive leadership experience in human resources, including expertise in talent acquisition and development, organization design and change, and global human resources management across large teams. Prior to joining ModivCare, Mr. Wray was President of Animus Advisors, a management consulting business focused on driving corporate purpose, vision, and values; Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at DigitalGlobe; Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Western Union; Vice President, Leadership Development and Staffing at Janus Capital Group; and Managing Partner – Human Resources, North America at Arthur Anderson. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters of Organizational Behavior, both from Brigham Young University.
