- Additions will expedite HR document workflow and make signing documents easier
GoCo.io, a leading provider of flexible software solutions for HR, benefits, and payroll, announced significant upgrades to its dynamic MagicDocs feature, which add greater customization and improve eSignature productivity and flexibility for HR departments when creating and using e-documents.
“This evolution of MagicDocs makes the GoCo platform even more invaluable to SMBs who need greater flexibility in their HR processes and the ability to automate typical manual HR tasks.”
GoCo added three key enhancements to MagicDocs, its hallmark eSignature and document workflow feature: a redesigned template builder, new document actions, and the ability to add multiple document signatories and order of signature completion. Each new component helps HR administrators solve common problems around complex workflows that require multiple users taking actions on a document, such as performance reviews, offer letters, and non-compete agreements.

The drag-and-drop feature in the enhanced template builder makes creating documents faster and easier, and fields can be generated based on the step of the document flow in which they are completed. Also, the capability to assign multiple team members and signatories to a document is a direct response to user feedback. With this feature, users can configure the order of the steps that the assignee needs to follow and customize document flow, specifically the actions that team members need to complete: sign, acknowledge, approve, and receive a copy. And, new actions have been added to round out this robust component, including approve or deny documents. Finally, users and signatories can also complete actions in parallel.
