National award to recognize employer innovation in wellness and highlight how programs have adapted during COVID-19

ComPsych Corporation announced the call for entries for the 16th annual Health at Work Award, honoring organizations who have demonstrated commitment to promoting health and wellness for their employees. This year, in light of COVID-19 challenges, ComPsych is asking entrants how they adapted wellness programs to meet employee needs during the pandemic.

In addition to the best-in-class awards for four different size categories of entrants, ComPsych will be giving the following specialty awards:

  • Mental Health Heroes Award – recognizing the best employer campaign aimed at improving employee mental health and well-being
  • Best Integration Award – honoring the most comprehensive program that addresses categories such as physical, financial, emotional, behavioral and social well-being, and incorporates / integrates various services.
  • Fitness Challenge Award – recognizing an employer with the most innovative program for getting / staying in shape
  • Best Communications Award – recognizing the most creative campaign to raise awareness of a wellness program

Wellness programs will be judged on their innovation in delivery and promotion as well as participation levels and results achieved.

Winners will be awarded a statuette or certificate of achievement for excellence in wellness programs, and will be promoted in ComPsych publications as well as through an announcement to the general media.
