Responding to strong customer demand for a simple way to create and manage vacation and sick leave policies, ClockShark removes the hassles of manual PTO administration. ClockShark surveyed thousands of customers across 25 countries to understand what they valued the most, and where pains in processing paid and sick time occurred. While a full 2/3s of respondents offer a PTO plan, only 55% use software to manage this benefit. Companies who don’t use software cite a mix of emails, hand-written notes and forms, and manually updating spreadsheets to track accrued, or “banked” time off for employees.

Available with the Pro plan, ClockShark PTO allows employees to see their earned time and request a full or partial day off work right from the mobile app. Managers get alerted of the request and can approve or decline requests which then update automatically to the job schedule.
