  • Industry expert will enhance mission-driven culture and employee experience of national healthcare provider

Carbon Health, a leading national healthcare provider, announced the appointment of Uzair Qadeer as Chief People Officer. Qadeer will lead all end-to-end human resources capabilities including talent management, employee experience, benefits, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB). “Both Uzair and Carbon Health share the same vision to create a meaningful environment where all people – employees, providers, clinicians, and patients – feel a deep sense of belonging and drive to improve the health of our communities,” said Eren Bali, co-founder and CEO of Carbon Health. “As we continue to transform our patients’ lives across the country, I believe that focusing on the experience of our Carbonauts will help us differentiate not only as an employer of choice but also as an innovative and patient centric healthcare provider.”

Qadeer believes that the future is moving away from human resources to human experience, which is the sum of employee experience, patient experience, and digital experience. Creating these connections gives employees better insights into patients’ needs, which allows employees to better serve patients and in turn, yield financial results that can be leveraged to reward employees. Qadeer is uniquely suited to drive a differentiated employee experience and strong company culture as Carbon Health, which was #2 on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list, grows to more than 90 clinics across 14 states and 2,000 full-time employees.
