Andrés Molina joins executive team to spearhead talent acquisition and multicultural initiatives

Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP), a US-based continuous software delivery partner, announced the appointment of Andrés Molina as vice president of talent acquisition. In this role, Molina is responsible for recruiting candidates in data analytics, engineering, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, among other technical skills to bolster GAP’s integrated nearshore and onshore business model.
