Gupta has over 25 years of experience leading HR functions at global companies across various industries and sizes, with annual revenues ranging from $130 million to $19 billion. She has guided large public companies from strong to exceptional performance and has led companies from pre-IPO to IPO, managing change and fostering organic growth during global expansions. Additionally, Gupta has driven growth through mergers and acquisitions, seamlessly blending and enhancing teams during times of change.
