Over her 12-year career at Alight and its predecessor organizations, Kelley has held numerous roles, most recently serving as CMO on an interim basis, during which time she spearheaded a major evolution in Alight’s brand and has been instrumental in bringing to life the company’s new strategic direction. Kelley’s broad marketing experience includes brand and marketing operations, solutions marketing, digital strategy, events and content strategy. Notably, Kelley established and executed a highly successful lead generation program for Alight’s human capital solutions business.

Before joining marketing, Kelley was a solution architect helping clients solve their biggest HR and business services challenges. She also led a team of solution architects and solutions operations colleagues focused on bringing Alight’s Workday solutions to market and growing that business. Kelley held solution architect and sales positions during her more than 10-year at IBM Global Services.

“Alight is in a tremendous position to solve truly relevant problems for our clients and their people and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to advance our impact by bringing empathy to the center of our marketing priorities,” said Kelley Michalik.
