In her new role, Xan will partner with Alight leaders to ensure inclusion and diversity is visible, valued and sustained across the company.

Before even beginning in her new role, Xan’s leadership has been pivotal to elevating Alight’s focus on inclusion and diversity. Most recently, she co-led Alight’s Inclusion Council and sponsored the launch of six colleague-led communities aimed at fostering a culture where all Alight colleagues feel valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work. Xan has also been instrumental in facilitating colleague listening sessions held over the past few months in response to racial injustice.
