My goal is to establish quality partnerships with businesses looking for a higher level of candidate and service from their staffing provider.
Don has experience in many areas of staffing, including light industrial, clerical, and professional placements. He has a Bachelor of General Studies with an emphasis in Business Management, Human Resources, and Sociology from Valdosta State University.
“I believe both employers and our associates are customers we have a commitment to serve,” Don said. “Throughout my career, I’ve built relationships and provided businesses with the quality people they need to get work done. Helping individuals make the most of their skills in the right jobs is just as important. I’m looking forward to using the tools NEXTAFF provides to make that ideal match between candidates and employers.”
NEXTAFF offers a proprietary recruiting method called X-FACTOR™, which combines hiring methodologies that are statistically proven to outperform what typical staffing agency competitors and HR departments traditionally do. This methodology, combined with a robust back-office support structure, allows a staffing franchise office many distinct advantages over someone looking to start their own staffing agency.
“Don has 20 years of management experience in the staffing industry,” said Cary Daniel, co-founder and president of NEXTAFF. “He has widespread experience in a variety of industries and geographic areas, giving him a significant competitive advantage in the competitive Atlanta market. His partnership with NEXTAFF will give him the support and infrastructure he needs to serve the businesses and the community of Atlanta and the surrounding area.”
