Diversified Maintenance, a leading facilities maintenance service provider, announced it has spent over $14.5M with diverse-owned businesses in 2021. The Company’s D&I program includes different initiatives designed to create a workplace without biases and barriers through inclusive hiring practices and intentional efforts to select diverse-owned suppliers from industries such as facility services, professional services, apparel, and Jan/San, to name a few.

Diversified Maintenance has a growing base of diverse partners that include companies that are classified as small, disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and LGBT-owned, among many others. The Company’s supplier diversity strategy includes engaging with organizations like the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Disability:IN, and the National Veteran Business Development Council to identify new diverse suppliers to work with.
