Local services marketplace Airtasker has announced the appointment of Noelle Kim as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening the leadership bench behind co-founder and CEO Tim Fung
- Kim brings unrivalled expertise from stints at Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive Airtasker forward as it expands in Australia, the US & the UK
- The appointment comes off the back of Airtasker’s successful IPO and acquisition of Zaarly to accelerate US expansion
- Airtasker is Australia’s leading online marketplace for local services with over 4.6 million users worldwide and global operations in the US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Singapore. Airtasker listed on the Australian Securities Exchange via an IPO in March 2021.
Airtasker announces the appointment of Noelle Kim to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company’s rapid ramp up in global marketing investment. Kim’s appointment, which follows Airtasker’s successful IPO in March this year, strengthens the company’s leadership bench and sets the business up for further growth and expansion in Australia and abroad.
Kim brings a wealth of experience, strong business acumen and international perspective garnered over two decades across Australia and the US. She joins Airtasker from Facebook, where she rose to Head of Marketing (APAC) for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

In her new role, she will oversee the expansion and management of Airtasker’s product and growth marketing teams, and will work closely with Tim Fung to grow the Airtasker brand in the US and UK markets.
