At Ascellus, Hersey will focus on developing strategic partnerships by building awareness around Ascellus programs and the importance of early behavioral health intervention. In addition, Hersey will influence the path forward for the growth team, ensuring that our products and services meet the changing needs and demands of the workers’ compensation market.

Hersey joins Ascellus with more than 15 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry. Prior to joining Ascellus, Hersey was Vice President of National Sales for Optum Workers’ Compensation and Auto No-Fault divisions where he was a key contributor to growth and partnerships in his 6.5 years there. In addition, he ensured the delivery of high-quality products and solutions across the payer, managed care and employer markets.
