To keep our employees engaged, it was important to continue offering team building activities. At the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, we organized online team events (an online escape game, and an online cooking class) and we kept our bi-monthly happy hour events but had them virtually. Once our employees felt safe coming back to the office, we launched a “Bring back Yooz to Social Life” campaign to officialize our team events: monthly welcome breakfast sessions, birthday lunches, in-person happy hours, etc.
At the beginning of 2021, we launched a new recognition program composed of different incentives: Weekly Wheel Spin, Employee of the Quarter, Employee of the Year, Seniority celebration, etc.
In 2021, Yooz implemented a new 401k platform and Yooz now offers a matching retirement contribution, which has been highly appreciated by the employees.
