Accomplished executive brings multifaceted background in finance, operations, technology, and organic growth strategies to the Alliant Affinity team
Reed Anders has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Chicago, Anders will focus on driving operational excellence, scalable growth strategies, and disciplined financial execution to support Alliant Employee Benefits’ continued growth and expansion, including with the newly formed Alliant Affinity practice.

Anders joins Alliant with experience leading large-scale integrations, modernizing operations through technology and automation, and transforming finance functions into strategic business partners. Over the course of his career, Anders has launched and scaled high-growth platforms, designed and implemented scalable operating models, and led cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, HR, compliance, IT, and operations. His background in building infrastructure that supports complex, multiprogram environments aligns closely with the needs of affinity and member-based insurance initiatives.
Prior to joining Alliant, Anders worked to build and scale a multidisciplinary professional services firm to support its rapid growth and expansion. Anders began his career with a Big Four accounting firm before holding senior finance and operational leadership roles within the insurance brokerage industry, including serving as CFO and COO of a national affinity business.
