Blink, one of the fastest-growing employee experience platforms, today announced record US growth of 159% for its fiscal year 2023, concluding in February 2024. Nolan’s strategic relocation from London to Boston 18 months ago provided the foundation for Blink’s growth trajectory. In addition, key appointments in 2023, such as Jim McInerny joining as chief revenue officer and Jeff St Laurent being added to the Board, have strengthened the company’s leadership team. Blink’s surge reflects the growing demand for platforms prioritizing employee satisfaction and retention rates. The company has significant adoption across key sectors including healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality which has fueled its expansion.

According to the Workday Frontline Workforce Study, approximately 82% of all workers in the U.S. and 2.7 billion global workers are part of the frontline workforce. However, despite comprising a significant portion of the global workforce, these workers often lack the communication tools they need to share feedback and stay updated on work-related information.

During 2023, Blink welcomed 52 new customers, including Berry Global, KeHE, The Learning Experience, OnTrac, Saint. Luke’s Hospital, and prominent regional players in Emergency Medical Services such as Armstrong Ambulance, Mohawk Ambulance, Patriot Ambulance, and Northwest Ambulance. These customers chose Blink to empower their frontline and reconnect their entire workforce. They join esteemed customers like Domino’s, and RATPDev in transforming their frontline operations.
