Great Place to Work and Fortune have honored Aledade as the number one company on their list of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma, the third year in a row that Aledade has made this list. During a global pandemic that put health care companies on the front lines in the fight against COVID-19, Aledade stood out for creating a great workplace experience for all its people, no matter where they are or what they do for the organization.

The ranking considered more than 825,000 employee surveys from companies across the health care and biopharma industry. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job.
