Company Seeks to Recruit 300 Employees Immediately With On-the-Spot Hiring This Weekend
This weekend, Villara Building Systems will kick off two of the company’s three hiring events planned in the next week across several of its Northern California offices. The weekend hiring events will be held simultaneously starting at 10 a.m. on April 24 at the company’s McClellan Park location in Sacramento as well as its Milpitas office. The third hiring event will follow on April 28 at Villara’s location in Manteca, California.
“We are excited to offer many career opportunities at Villara”
At the event, job seekers will learn more about the company and the many career pathways that are available to them. Villara is seeking applicants immediately to join various trade teams in plumbing, HVAC, solar, warehouse, customer service, as well as office administration.

Attendees are encouraged but not required to visit the information page at www.villara.com/hiring-event and RSVP by Friday, April 23. Those who RSVP will be signed up for an interview “fast pass” which will get them directly into an interview when they arrive with no waiting. In many cases, those who interview can be hired on-the-spot.
“We are excited to offer many career opportunities at Villara,” says Villara’s President Rick Wylie. “As we like to say, ‘come for the job; stay for the career.’ We truly want employees to think of Villara as a career, not just a job, as well as a place where they get paid to learn, rather than spending their own money to learn or gain a trade skill.”
