As businesses address digitalization and the changing nature of operations unlike ever before, leaders are faced with challenges around the expectations of transformation. This course will draw from a recent global study of thousands of companies and C-suite leaders, The 2020 Future of Leadership Global Executive Study and Research Report, to shed light on capability gaps and provide research-based insights to help executives create the conditions for digital enterprise success. The study finds that only 40% of respondents agree that their companies are building robust leadership pipelines to handle the demands of the digital economy. Participants will leave this course with a playbook on how to address business model transformations, performance and people analytics, and most importantly, understand the leader’s role in culture change.
“Today’s business environment is magnifying how important the need for digitalization is for a successful business to operate,” said Schrage. “Leaders are responsible for the strategic direction of their organizations, and this online leadership course provides them the foundation needed to steer the company in a new, positive direction.”
The program is designed for senior leaders, including top-level managers, C-suite executives and any manager with a substantial amount of business responsibilities. The courses will be offered entirely online via live Zoom format to ensure participant safety, while still allowing ample opportunities for hands-on education.
