Kaplan Wins the Prestigious BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development for Exceptional Employee Learning and Development Success

Kaplan, a global educational services provider, is pleased to announce that it has been chosen as one of the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) renowned 2023 BEST Awards honorees from across the world.

The BEST Awards, the talent industry’s most rigorous and sought distinction, recognize firms that demonstrate enterprise-wide achievement via talent development. Among the outstanding talent development programs that helped Kaplan receive the prize are:

  • Develop U Virtual Conference: Kaplan’s annual Develop U Virtual Conference is a multi-week, totally online event for workers to learn, share, and network with colleagues from throughout the firm. All networking and professional/personal development opportunities are designed and delivered by Kaplan topic matter experts and thought leaders. It was created by Kaplan for Kaplan.
  • Leadership Forum: The Leadership Forum is a small group of Kaplan executives that meet regularly with various leaders from around the firm to expose them to the broader organization and prepare them for possibly higher responsibilities. The Leadership Forum project, in which cohort participants select a real-life opportunity area in the organization and present implementation ideas to a senior-level board for assessment, is a crucial component of the curriculum.
  • Individualized Development Plan: Kaplan’s Individualized Development Plan gives workers a say in their personal and professional growth. Employees establish essential goals, strengths, and areas for progress in cooperation with their management, ensuring that they are on a continuous improvement path. It is a live roadmap that will be explored and changed throughout the year.
