Industrial Training Services Announces the Release of New Mobile Job Verification Tool OnBoard Verify

On the heels of releasing the OnBoard Assure mobile assessment app in 2020, Industrial Training Services (ITS), a leader in compliance management solutions for the pipeline industry, announces the release of its new mobile application for field verifications, OnBoard Verify.

OnBoard Verify helps pipeline operators ensure their field verification process meets company and regulatory standards. The mobile app allows crew leads and foremen to quickly and clearly identify the job to be performed in the field, assign a crew, instantly verify their qualifications and drug and alcohol compliance, and much more.

By working with ITS’ industry-leading OnBoard LMS, admins and employees with the proper permissions can create a custom job, assign span of control (SOC), and identify critical tasks. The crew lead can then use Verify to select that job, build the crew based on their specific qualifications, and assign SOC to cover non-qualified workers. After the data is submitted to the LMS, a downloadable PDF affidavit for each job makes sharing the information quick and easy.
