AffiniPay Expands Executive Team with Ana Villegas as Chief Marketing Officer

Global marketing veteran joins Austin-based fintech following MyCase acquisition

AffiniPay, a leading SaaS for professionals, announced  that Ana Villegas will join the company’s executive suite as chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Following the news of AffiniPay’s acquisition of legal practice management software company, MyCase, Villegas will lead marketing and help drive growth for AffiniPay’s payment and software offerings.

A seasoned marketing and software executive with nearly 30 years of experience working with both consumer and B2B brands, Villegas brings a global perspective, a deep understanding of professional services verticals and passion for driving marketing ROI to her role at AffiniPay. Most recently, she served as chief marketing officer at National Instruments (NI), where she facilitated the company’s global rebrand and led worldwide marketing, corporate impact and communications strategies to help engineers and enterprises improve business performance through test and measurement. Prior to NI, she spent more than 16 years at Dell leading digital marketing initiatives, as well as launching digital payments in the financial sector in Peru.

Outside of her traditional job duties, Villegas enjoys public speaking opportunities and has presented at international conferences on topics including B2B marketing, corporate social responsibility and her passion for diversity, equity and inclusion. Originally from Peru, Villegas now resides in Austin and gives back to the community by playing an active role in local organizations including Latinitas, a non-profit focused on empowering girls to innovate through media and technology, and Raven + Lily, a socially and environmentally conscious fashion brand. Additionally, she is on the board for the McCombs Center for Global Business.
