Ram Rajagopalan

With over 15 years of experience in product management, Ram has been leading and scaling AI initiatives for RingCentral’s Unified Communication & Contact Center Communication product portfolio as the Vice President of Product Management since April 2023. His focus is delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance user experience, improve business outcomes, and drive competitive advantage.

Ram has a strong background in conversational AI, product strategy, GTM, customer acquisition, and business growth, and a proven track record of launching successful SaaS products for enterprises. Previously, he led the product team at Observe.AI, where he augmented real-time AI capabilities that helped the company grow its ARR in 2022-23. Before that, Ram was the Senior Director of Product Management at Five9. He launched and grew Agent Assist, the company’s first real-time AI SaaS product, achieving triple-digit (%) revenue growth and building a multi-million dollar ARR business in two years.

Ram holds a Post Graduate Program in AI from the University of Texas at Austin, an Executive Education in Innovative Technology Leadership from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and multiple mobile and AI technologies patents. He is passionate about creating products that solve real-world problems, delight customers, and make a positive impact on society.
