Paula Caligiuri

Paula Caligiuri, PhD is a work psychologist and DMSB Distinguished Professor at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. She is also the Co-Founder of Skiilify, a public benefit corporation dedicated to helping companies and universities foster the critical soft skills needed for a complex, uncertain, and diverse future. Dr. Caligiuri has been named as one of the most prolific authors in international business for her work in the areas of workforce adaptability, global leadership development, and cultural agility.
