Melissa Matlins

Melissa Matlins is the Global Head of Workforce Solutions at Pearson, where she oversees strategy and operations for product, partnerships, and customer success. Her leadership drives growth for Pearson’s Enterprise Learning & Skills business, bridging these functions to create cohesive, impactful outcomes.

Before joining Pearson, Melissa was VP of Marketing at Vimeo, where she played a key role in scaling the company's enterprise brand and go-to-market. Her professional journey began in architecture after earning a BA from New York University, but she quickly pivoted to a career built on transferable skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and a focus on human connection. This non-linear path led her to become a Founder and successful marketing executive.

Outside the office, Melissa lives in Brooklyn, NY. In her free time, you can find her exploring the city's best patio spots at her favorite neighborhood restaurants with her two daughters.
