Joseph leads product strategy, innovation, and execution at Perceptyx, the AI-company for Employee Experience (EX). He oversees a comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered products designed to help large organizations foster a thriving employee culture and drive measurable business outcomes. He is responsible for aligning product development with the company’s strategic goals and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Joseph served as the Co-founder and CEO of Cultivate, a venture-backed AI coaching and analytics platform that Perceptyx acquired in 2022. As a startup advisor and lecturer on software product management at UC Berkeley Extension, he’s also passionate about mentoring the next generation of product leaders.
